Basic Fishing Package
Our basic fishing package is designed for groups that do not require the use of our lodging facilities. You will arrive in the early morning at our dock located in Hebert's Marina. When you arrive at our lighted dock in the pre dawn hours you will see the boats hanging in the stalls being prepared for the day ahead. You will meet your captain for the day and he will assist you in loading your gear onto the boats. Be sure to bring along your necessities, including your lunch and drinks, as they are not provided in our basic package. All other items, including rods and reels, fuel, oil, ice, artificial baits, and a cooler with ice for your supplies onboard will be provided. Feel free to bring along your favorite rods and reels if you prefer. 
When all the gear and passengers are loaded, the boats will be lowered and the big Mercury Outboard will be fired up and off you go to the fishing grounds. The typical boat ride is less than 15 minutes, but may be as long as 45 - 60 minutes when venturing to the offshore platforms.
The trip will usually last approximately eight hours, departing the marina before sunrise at first safe light and returning to the dock by 2 pm where your captain will fillet and bag your catch. Be sure to bring along a cooler to carry your fillets home.
We recommend two fishermen per boat for maximum comfort, but will take as many as four per boat.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Live Shrimp, if necessary or requested, at the current market price, currently $15.00 per quart.
Add $100.00 for gulf charters to the near shore oil platforms. This charge is to cover the extra fuel and tackle and is at the discretion of the captain.
